The fees for filing Form I-129 for H-2B visa applicants have recently
increased and vary depending on the employer's size and the type of petition:
1. **For Employers with More than 25 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs):**
- **Named Beneficiaries:** The fee has increased from $460 to $1,080.
- **Unnamed Beneficiaries:** The fee has increased from $460 to $580.
- **Asylum Program Fee:** A new fee of $600 has been introduced.
2. **For Employers with 25 or Fewer Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and
Nonprofits:**
- **Named Beneficiaries:** The fee has increased from $460 to $540.
- **Unnamed Beneficiaries:** The fee remains at $460.
- **Asylum Program Fee:** A reduced fee of $300 has been introduced for small
employers; nonprofit organizations are exempt from this fee.
