The filing fee for the Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or
Special Immigrant, will be increasing as of April 1, 2024. Currently, the fee is
$435, but it will rise to $515 from that date onwards【85†source】【87†source】.
However, certain applicants are exempt from this fee, including:
- Amerasians
- Self-petitioning battered or abused spouses, parents, or children under the
Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
- Special Immigrant Juveniles
- Iraqi or Afghan nationals who worked for or on behalf of the U.S.
