The Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, is used by certain
foreign nationals who are eligible to work in the United States temporarily. As
of my last update, the filing fee for Form I-765 was $410.
However, there are certain categories of applicants who may be exempt from the
filing fee or may qualify for a reduced fee. These categories include asylum
applicants, certain battered spouses and children, DACA recipients, and others.
